Recurso de súplica interpuesto en contra del auto que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia, por cuanto se reiteraron los mismos argumentos de fondo que llevaron a su inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación constató que los problemas advertidos en los autos inadmisorio y de rechazo, en relación con el no cumplimiento de los requisitos de claridad, certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia no fueron efectivamente corregidos por el demandante.
En consecuencia, CONFIRMA en todas sus partes el auto recurrido.
